This is a cinnamon roll gone easy and put into a loaf pan. Just slice up for individual servings.
Beat egg in a large bowl. With scissors, cut each roll in 6-8 small pieces and drop pieces into beaten egg. Toss dough pieces with egg. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and toss and mix well.
Place in a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch sprayed loaf pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to the top of the pan.
Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving suggestion: Serve warm, or toasted and spread with butter.
