Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf frozen Rhodes White Bread
    1/2 c. cinnamon chips

Instructions

Place frozen loaf of bread into an 8x8-inch baking dish and cover tightly with plastic wrap.  Allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 8-10 hours).  

In the morning, flatten thawed loaf onto a greased counter and top with half of the cinnamon chips, press chips into dough.  Flip dough over and press the remaining cinnamon chips into the other half.  They won't want to stick very well, so that is why you have to press them into the dough.  Knead dough a few times to incorporate the cinnamon chips throughout.  

Form into a loaf and place into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.  You will have to stretch the dough a bit to fit into the bottom of the pan. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and loosely cover pan. Allow to rise until slightly puffed above the top of the pan (about 2 1/2 - 3 hours).  

Remove plastic wrap.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 21-22 minutes.  Allow to cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool slightly.  Slice and serve.
