Cut thawed rolls in half, roll into ball shape.
Dip balls of dough first into melted butter, then into cinnamon sugar.
Place dough balls around outside of cast iron pan- 8 inch pan used.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the cream cheese and sugar into a mixing bowl, beat until combined, then add eggs, vanilla and salt, mix again.
Pour cheesecake mixture into center of pan, place in preheated oven and bake.
Remove from oven, allow to set for 10 minutes, serve hot or cold.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
