Thaw rolls on counter until just barely thawed. Unroll each cinnamon roll, place into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Use pie filling to fill in open spaces in cinnamon rolls. Cover with package of dry pudding mix. Evenly spread melted butter on top of pudding mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Remove plastic wrap and bake at 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes, then use packaged icing mix and add to cinnamon rolls.
Serve drizzled with caramel topping.
