Ingredients

  1. 8 Rhodes Bake N Serv Rolls, thawed but still cool
    10 eggs, lightly beaten
    ½ c. butter, melted
    ½ c. flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    dash salt
    1 (8 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

Spray a clean surface with cooking spray. Roll out each roll with a rolling pin until flat. In a greased 9x13 dish, place rolled-out dough in the bottom so the bottom of the whole dish is covered.

In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt into lightly beaten eggs and butter. Fold in chilies, cottage cheese, sausage, and Monterey jack cheese. Pour egg mixture over dough.

Place tinfoil over top and put in refrigerator until ready to cook.

To cook put uncovered dish in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes the 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Place foil on pan near the end so it doesn’t get too brown. Serve with salsa or ketchup.
