This quick version of the French-inspired pastry will tickle your taste buds and save you on time.


Prep Time: 20 min (not including thaw time)

Ingredients

  1. 1 Package Rhodes Warm-N-Serv® Buttery Dinner Rolls
    4 cups canola oil
    1 cup cream cheese frosting
    1/2 cup Nutella
    powdered sugar

Instructions

Remove rolls from pan and thaw in microwave for 1 minute on 50% power.


Heat oil in a sauce pan to about 220°F. Fry one roll at a time until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Remove from oil to drain. Mix cream cheese frosting and nutella until thoroughly combined. Place in a frosting gun or pastry bag and inject into each roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

this sounds great but I like to take the dinner rolls and thaw them and take a dove chocolate or any other kind of small bite size chocolate candy and wrap a dinner roll dough around them and drop them in to oil and brown on both sides then remove them and drain them on paper towels and sprinkle with powder sugar! when you bite into them the chocolate bursts out and is all warm and melty in your mouth!
