Thaw 12 rolls until they are soft, but not raised. Gather all your fillings, slice your cheese, etc. so everything is ready to go! Grab a muffin tin and grease it lightly with a little cooking spray. Then just pop one roll into each section of your tin.
Place your toppings into the middle of roll and push down so that the dough comes up around the sides. Pinch the top of the roll shut and then flip it so that it is sealed on the bottom. Cover rolls and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
