The savory goodness of this Italian seasoned bread would compliment any meal.

Prep Time: 5 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 30-40 min

  1. 18 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
    1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 yellow onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil


Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl and toss with cheese, onion, olive oil and spices until well combined.

Place in a sprayed 9x9-inch square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
