Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl and toss with cheese, onion, olive oil and spices until well combined.
Place in a sprayed 9x9-inch square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
