Start by setting your rolls out to thaw. You want them thawed, but don't let them rise.
Once the rolls are thawed, but before they start to rise, cut the rolls into fourths. I used my kitchen scissors, and it worked perfectly!
Pour the butter, cheese, and seasonings over top the rolls, then toss until evenly coated (you might want to do this in a large mixing bowl rather than your baking dish).
Place ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
