Combine all the thawed dinner rolls and roll them out into a big rectangle. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the rolls into triangles.
Place 1 sausage in the big end of the triangle and top with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and some cheese.
Starting with the big end, roll the dough with egg, sausage and cheese up and wrap the skinny end of the dough around and tuck it beneath the roll. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top! For a fluffier roll, let them raise before baking them!
Let cool and wrap in a paper towel for an easy on the go breakfast or just dig in!
