This bread is easy, cheesy and fancy and tastes wonderful too.


Prep Time: 10 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 20-25 min
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough or 12
  2. Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  3. 1 egg beaten
  4. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
  6. 2 teaspoons parsley flakes

Instructions

Beat egg in a large bowl. Cut each roll into 6-8 small pieces and drop into beaten egg. Toss to combine. Add cheese, ranch dressing and parsley flakes and toss until well combined.

Place in a sprayed 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch bread pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to top of pan.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until dark golden brown.
