Thaw 1 loaf of Rhodes White Bread, then stretch and allow to rise until doubled. Bake in 400 degree oven 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, butter, hot wing sauce and jalapeno. Microwave until softened and mix. Add shredded cheese and chicken to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Cut loaf of bread in half lengthwise and press middle of bread to create a crater. Fill crater with chicken mix.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Drizzle with dressing if desired. Cut and serve.
