This is a wonderful melt in your mouth breakfast treat!


Prep Time: 20 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 25 min

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Buttermilk Biscuits, thawed
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    12 strips cooked bacon, chopped
    2 tablespoons half & half
    1 cup shredded, cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese blend
    4 green onions, finely diced

Instructions

Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray and coat with melted butter. Cut biscuits in quarters and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add biscuit pieces and toss to coat thoroughly. Place biscuit mixture in bundt pan and arrange evenly. Bake at 350°F 25 minutes.
