A delicious breakfast made with our Southern Style or Buttermilk Biscuits.

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes Southern Style or Buttermilk Biscuits, thawed but still cold
  2. 8 eggs
  3. 1/3 cup milk
  4. 5 green onions, chopped
  5. 2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  6. 24 ounces ground sausage, browned

Instructions

Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into 6 equal pieces and add to bowl. Let soak for 30 minutes.

Add green onions, 2 cups cheese and browned sausage. Mix well and pour into a sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes.
