Ingredients

  1. 24 Rhodes Bake N Serv Dinner Rolls
    1/4 cup strawberry jelly, warmed.
    1 cup white sugar
    1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
    5 tablespoons of butter, melted
    1  12oz package of vanilla baking chips
    4 tablespoons heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2.

Instructions

Thaw Rhodes Dinner Rolls.

Mix sugar and pudding mix in a bowl, warm strawberry jelly.
Cut rolls into four pieces and drop into sugar mixture, then roll around.

Spray bundt pan liberally and add the rolls in a layer into the pan, drizzle with 3 tablespoons of jelly. Continue adding pieces of rolls and drizzling jelly over each layer. When all the rolls are used, add final layer of jelly, then drizzle with the melted butter.

Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes, bake in 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until dark brown. (Cover with foil the last 10 minutes to prevent the top from burning.) Immediately turn cake over onto serving platter.

Melt the vanilla chips with the heavy cream and stir until smooth, then drizzle over top of cake. Add sliced strawberries and blueberries will icing is still warm.

Cool, slice and serve.
