Roll out your thawed Rhodes rolls into a circle (about 4 to 5 inches diameter) with a rolling pin and brush both sides with olive oil and salt.
Place rolls on a preheated grill. Cook on medium to high heat for about 2-3 minutes each side.
Top the bread with hot BBQ pork. I will usually pick up heat & eat BBQ pork from my local butcher.
Using an ice cream scoop to serve your pork, will make the servings equal in size and makes less of a mess.
