Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into a 10x13-inch rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro and paprika and mix well. Remove wrap from dough and brush evenly with BBQ sauce.
Spread chicken mixture evenly over BBQ sauce to within 1/2-inch of edges.
Starting with a long side, roll up jelly roll style. Wet edge with water and pinch seam to seal. Place, seam side down, on a sprayed baking sheet. Turn ends under slightly.
Bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.
