Pizza covers all the basic food groups when you top it with these delicious and flavorful additions.
Lightly spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Quickly cook diced chicken, onion, and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
Combine rolls into a ball. Roll into a 13-inch circle to fit a 12-inch pizza pan, place dough in pan, and pre-bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Spread remaining 1/2 cup BBQ sauce over pre-baked crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese if desired. Arrange chicken/onion mixture, mushrooms, peppers, and tomatoes on top.
Bake at 350° F for 10-15 minutes.
