Begin by allowing a loaf of Rhodes frozen bread to thaw on a silicone baking mat or greased countertop. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap while it thaws.
Roll dough into a rectangle and place on a greased cookie sheet, or place silicone mat onto a cookie sheet. Bake dough for 5 minutes at 425°.
Remove from oven and cover with barbecue sauce. Evenly sprinkle the chicken over the sauce. Then add mozzarella cheese, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
Bake 10-12 minutes more, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
