Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine 6 rolls and roll into a 10x14 inch rectangle. Layer cheese slices on the rectangle leaving uncovered an inch around the edge. Layer bacon on top of the cheese.
Make another rectangle with the other 6 rolls. Carefully lift the second rectangle on top of the cheese and bacon. Pinch and seal the edges together firmly. Cut the rectangle into 6 equal portions. Carefully lift each portion into a sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, arranging them as they were before cutting apart. Bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes.
