This tasty foccacia is perfect by itself or as a side dish with your favorite meal.

Prep Time: 10 min (not including thaw time)
Bake Time: 15-20 min

  1. 1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    15 slices fully cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped


Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Roll loaf or combined dinner rolls into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Place in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and rosemary.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30-45 minutes.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
