The delicious avocado sauce adds the finishing touch to this yummy flatbread.
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle. Place dough in a sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan to cover the bottom. Poke several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. While crust is baking, place all sauce ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Remove crust from oven and top with onion, tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle with avocado sauce as desired and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
