This cinnamon spiced loaf is a treat to slice and display on your table for entertaining.

Prep Time: 15 min (not including thaw time)

  1. 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    2 tablespoons raisins
    1 cup apple pie filling cut in small pieces


Cut each roll in half. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Dip each roll half in butter and then in the sugar cinnamon mixture. Place half of the roll pieces in a 9x5-inch sprayed loaf pan. Sprinkle one tablespoon of raisins over rolls. Spoon 1/2 cup of pie filling over rolls. Repeat entire process with remaining ingredients. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350° F 25-30 minutes. If top starts to brown too fast, cover with foil. Drizzle with frosting, if desired.
