STEP ONE: Thaw your favorite Rhodes dough (we love the Cracked Wheat Rolls). You can either cover with plastic wrap or thaw for a few hours on the counter. Or use the defrost setting on your microwave. While your rolls are thawing, get your grill nice and hot.
STEP TWO: Roll each roll into a circle about 1/4 inch thick. They don't have to be perfect, grilled food is supposed to be rustic.
STEP THREE: Once the grill is hot (350 degrees F) Place each piece of dough onto the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip each piece and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and the bread has beautiful grill marks.
STEP FOUR: Eat hot as a side with your favorite grilled meal, or add your favorite toppings.
