12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls *See note below
1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1 pound package deli roast beef
6 pineapple rings, cut in half
12 slices of cheese (I used Monterey but Pepper Jack, Cheddar, or Mozzarella would be good too)

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tps. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. parsely flakes, optional
1 tsp. Worcetershire sauce

Let rolls rise according to package directions.
Bake according to package directions.
Let cool just until you can handle the rolls.
Cut tops off of the rolls. Don’t worry about breaking the rolls apart. It’s easier to cut them in half if you leave them all stuck together in one piece.
Leave the bottoms of rolls on the baking sheet or in the baking pan.
Spread a prepared barbecue sauce over bottoms of rolls.
Add a thick layer of deli sliced roast beef to bottoms of rolls.
Layer a half slice of pineapple over roast beef. You could use pineapple tidbits if you wanted.
Set one slice of cheese over the toppings on each roll. Like I said, this recipe is versatile; you can use cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey Jack cheese. This is your chance to get creative!
Flip the tops of the rolls over onto the sliders.
Mix butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds together. Generously brush tops of rolls with butter mixture.
