Wickedly Good Witch Hats

These Halloween Witch Hats will be the haunting hit of your party. Drizzle with icing and sprinkle with Cinnamon & Sugar… they are Wickedly good!

Skill: Beginning Prep Time: 350 Bake Time: 12 Servings: 8-10


8-10 Rhodes Rolls
4-5 Tablespoon of butter
2 1/2 Tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 softened package of cream cheese
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1-2 Tablespoon of milk
2-3 cups of Powdered sugar


Let your rolls rise until doubled then on a floured surface. Roll out your rolls shaping them the best you can into a witch shape. Finish your shape with your hands, and roll up the bottom of the witch hat a few times and and pinch it down a bit. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes.

Cinnamon Sugar Butter: (4-5 Tbsp of butter melted 2 1/2 tbsp of sugar 2 tsp of cinnamon) Melt your butter in a microwave and add in your sugar and cinnamon, whisk them together Spread your butter mixture over your witch hats, I used a spatula but a spoon or brush would work great too.

Sweet Cream Cheese Drizzle topping: (1 softened package of cream cheese 1 tbsp of softened butter 1 tsp of lemon juice 1 tsp of vanilla 1-2 tbsp of milk 2-3 cups of Powdered sugar) In a mixer or with a hand held mixer add all your ingredients in your bowl and mix until nice and creamy Fill a baggie with the mixture snip the very tip of the baggie then drizzle over the witch hats, top to bottom.
