Turkey Panini With Avocado, Bacon, Parmesan, And Apple

2 slices Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ White Bread
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 tablespoon honey mustard
2-5 slices deli turkey, depending on thickness
thinly sliced parmesan cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
1/4 medium avocado, sliced
thinly sliced apple (honeycrisp is a favorite here)


Thaw, rise, and bake Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ White Bread according to package instructions (Thaw 1-2 hours, let rise until 1 inch above pan, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes). Remove from pan and allow to cool. Slice bread into 3/4" slices.

Butter the outsides of 2 slices of bread and set buttered sides together. Assemble sandwich on top beginning with honey mustard. Add sliced turkey, parmesan cheese, bacon strips, sliced avocado, and apple slices. Preheat a panini press or griddle.

Slide the top piece of bread with topping off onto hot panini press or griddle. Top with remaining slice of bread making sure the buttered side is out. Press sandwich together and allow to cook for about 3 minutes or until bread is golden and sandwich filling is warmed through. Serve immediately.
