Strawberry Donuts

6-12 Rhodes rolls, thawed but still cold
oil for frying
1/4 cup strawberries, finely diced
1-/2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 teaspoons milk


using your finger to poke a hole through one of your rolls. Carefully stretch into a larger circle. Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and finish the rest of your rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size.

Heat 2 inches of oil in a pan. Fry each of your donuts for 20 seconds per side, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and move on to the next step. 
Combine the strawberries, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of milk in a shallow bowl. Slowly whisk together until you get a paste like texture. You may need to add an additional teaspoon of milk if your strawberries aren’t super juicy.
Dip your donuts into your glaze. Allow them to set up for a few minutes then enjoy!
