Savory Breakfast Rolls

1 Loaf Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough thawed but still cold
6 eggs
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 green onions finely sliced


Scramble 6 eggs and brown 1 lb of ground breakfast sausage. Slice onions. Set this all aside.

Roll thawed Rhodes Frozen Bread dough in to a 10"x15" rectangle. Sprinkle with cooked eggs, sausage, green onions and cheese. Roll up like a cinnamon roll. Cut into 2.5" slices. Place in greased pan. Allow rolls to rise until double in size about 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25 minuets, or until golden brown.

Serve with a side of country gravy.
