Philly Cheesesteak Cups

Ingredients:

12 Rhodes Bake N Serv Dinner Rolls
1 pound thinly sliced Eye Round Steaks
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
12 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
cooking spray
salt and pepper


Instructions:

Thaw 12 Rhodes Bake N Serv Dinner Rolls

Stretch each roll out and place on top of the bottom of a cooking sprayed cupcake tin.

Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.

Chop steak, onion, peppers and garlic.

Add olive oil to pan, saute veggies until tender, then add steak, salt & pepper and garlic, then cook until just no longer pink.

Add torn slices of provolone to bottom of cups, then add steak and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Heat in oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and steak is hot.
8 Serve immediately.
