Pepperoni Pizza Dippers

1 loaf Rhodes white bread, thawed till soft
1 package pepperoni slices
1-2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
pizza sauce, to dip


Place bread dough on a plastic mat or grease a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray. Roll dough out into an oval/rectangular shape.

Cute dough into three even slices and cover with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Roll dough into three long rolls, or pinch the edges to cover cheese and pepperoni.

Prepare garlic butter by combining dried basil and garlic powder with melted butter. Set aside.

Use a pastry scraper to cut each long roll into smaller rolls, about five or six per long roll. Arrange so rolls aren't touching each other. Brush each roll with melted garlic butter.

Bake for 14-16 minutes at 350°. Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping.
