Lemon Honey Bread

1 loaf of Rhodes White bread, only slightly thawed 
3 ounces of cream cheese 
1/4 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of honey 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
3 tablespoons melted butter 


In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Mix until all of the ingredients are incorporated. Slice the bread into 12-16 slices. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture between each of the slices, and put back together in a lightly greased bread pan. Allow the bread to rise until it has doubled in size. Brush with the melted butter. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle on Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Whisk all of the ingredients together and drizzle over your bread.
