12 - Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls. thawed but still cold
1/2 - pound cooked ham, or capicioa, sliced
1/2 - pound sandwich pepperoni, sliced
1/2 - pound Genoa salami, sliced
1/2 - pound provolone cheese slices
1/2 - medium purple onion sliced
1/2 - head lettuce, shredded
1 - large tomato sliced
1 - 4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
1 - cup pepperoncinis
1 - cup banana pepper slices
4 - tablespoons olive oil
4 - tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

Place 12 frozen dinner rolls on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or spray with non-stick baking spray. Thaw rolls until soft, but still cold.

Combine 3 dinner rolls on a floured surface and roll into a ball. Using your hands roll the dough ball into a rope about (2 - 2 1/2 inches wide and 7 inches long).  Place the dough back onto the baking pan.

Cover the rolls lightly with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size (about 2 hours) in a warm, draft free place.

Remove plastic wrap and bake for 15 - 20 or until golden brown. I use the convection feature on my oven for the last 5 - 10 minutes (making sure to watch closely).

Remove from oven, cool completely before assembling sandwiches.

To assemble cut the bread in half lengthwise.  Layer the cheese and meat on the bottom of the bread.

Top the meat and cheese with sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, black olives, pepperoncinis or banana peppers (if using).

Drizzle red wine vinegar and olive oil over the top of your sandwich fixens and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
