Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

6 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed
6 chicken tenders (or 3 chicken breasts), grilled
1 cup fresh pineapple salsa
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, store bought or homemade


Instructions:

Flatten each of the thawed rolls into a 4-5 inch circle and brush each side with olive oil. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium and brush with olive oil. Grill each roll for 1-3 minutes per side. 

Prepare and grill the chicken as desired (I like to marinate in teriyaki sauce or just brush some sauce on during cooking). 

Follow the instructions here for making fresh pineapple salsa. It only take 15 minutes and it is so worth the extra prep.

Top each grilled roll with a piece of chicken, a big scoop of salsa, and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce.
