Gratitude Cloverleaf Rolls

Ingredients:

18 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/4 cup butter, melted
12 strips of paper with things you are thankful for typed or written on them


Instructions:

With scissors or knife, cut rolls in half. Dip each of the halves in melted butter.  Place three halves in each cup of sprayed muffin tin.  

Brush butter or margarine between roll halves and slip a piece of paper between the portions in each muffin cup. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
