Garlic Cheddar Bread

12 Rhodes Frozen Rolls, thawed just until soft but still cold
1 egg
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
4 oz. sharp cheddar, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks


Place loaf or rolls on a cutting board. Chop into small pieces. Break egg onto the pieces and spoon garlic on top. Chop and move the dough to coat the pieces with egg and garlic.
 Sprinkle shredded cheese onto dough and chop and coat pieces again. Sprinkle sharp cheddar chunks on top and chop to distribute through dough.
Place into a well sprayed loaf pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan. Remove plastic and bake at 375°F 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil after 15 minutes if needed to prevent over browning.
