Family Favorite Navajo Tacos

6 Rhodes rolls, thawed
Oil for frying
½ lb. ground beef
1 Tablespoon garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp cumin
⅛ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup black beans, heated

Sweet mini peppers
Ranch dressing


In a medium size fry pan, over medium high heat, brown ground beef with spices mixed in.
Drain off any fat, and set aside. Pre heat oil to 375 degrees.

Take thawed rolls (I usually just put them in the fridge the day before I plan to use them, or put them out on the counter for an hour before use) and stretch them out to make your scone base.

Fry for 45 seconds on each side, or until golden brown.

Top with heated up black beans, the meat mixture, and all your favorite taco toppings.
