Egg Bacon And Cheese Rolls

8 Rhodes dinner rolls (Traditional or Warm n Serv)

12 slices bacon

4 eggs

1/2 cup cheese

salt and pepper


1. Thaw 8 rolls, combine 2 rolls to make 4 large rolls. Let raise until double and then bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

2. While they are baking, weave your bacon. Lay 3 slices of bacon flat and cut them in half. Take 3 halves and lay then horizontally, place the other 3 halves on top and weave them. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.

3. After the rolls and bacon are cooled, carefully cut the top of your roll off and pull out the insides. Fill the roll with your bacon basket. Crack an egg inside and season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese and add the roll back on top.

4. Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked just the way you like them!
