Dollar Rolls

Dollar rolls are just the right size for all of your left over turkey. Make up a platter full and watch them dissapear.

Skill: Beginning Prep Time: 10 Bake Time: 15 Servings: 12



Ingredients:

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
flour


Instructions:

With a knife or scissors, cut each roll in half. Flatten slightly and dust with flour. Place cut side down on a sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.

Let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and slice in half for dollar size sandwiches.
