12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)
Spray a 9x13 dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces and arrange evenly in a prepared dish. Whisk together eggs, cream, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour evenly over rolls.
Prepare crumb topping by stirring together flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Pour melted butter in and stir until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 35-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning. Remove from oven. Set frosting packet in a glass of warm water until soft. Then drizzle over the top of rolls. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
