Cracker Bread

Want something thin and crispy to nibble on? This cracker bread should hit the spot.

Skill: Beginning Prep Time: 5 Bake Time: 6-8 Servings: 4



Ingredients:

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
flour
2 teaspoons sesame or caraway seeds


Instructions:

Combine 3 rolls together. Using a little flour to prevent sticking, roll into an 8-inch circle. Sprinkle with seeds and continue to roll into a 10-12-inch circle.

Place on a sprayed pizza pan or baking sheet. Repeat with remaining rolls.

Bake at 400°F 6-8 minutes. Cool and serve with your favorite soup, salad or dip.
