Cinnamon Twists With Cream Cheese Dip

16 Rhodes Yeast Dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice

Cream Cheese Dip
11/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup whipped cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Roll each roll into a 14 inch rope. Then roll each end in opposite directions 3 or 4 times. Pick up and pinch ends together, the dough will then twist together.

Combine the two sugars, cinnamon, and allspice in a deep plate. Place melted butter in another deep plate. Dip the twisted dough in the melted butter and then into the sugar mixture. Place the twists onto a sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until double in size. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Combine all dip ingredients and serve with twists.
