Cinnamon Roll Chocolate Pecan Pie

4 Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Anytime Cinnamon Rolls
Cream Cheese Icing accompanying cinnamon rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup light brown sugar, plus a few for garnish
1 cup pecans, chopped, plus a few for garnish
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips flour for dusting hands


Thaw Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Anytime Cinnamon Rolls but leave cold.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray 4" pie or cake pans with non-stick spray and flour like Baker's Secret.
Whisk egg, melted margarine, vanilla extract and brown sugar together.
Stir in chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips.
Flour hands. Press one cinnamon roll in prepared pan, on the bottom and up the sides. This can be squishy fun!
Fill cinnamon roll lined mini pans with pecan filling, just barely to the top and put pans on a cookie sheet. Bake 14 to 18 minutes, depending how much filling is in pan.
Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
