Cinnamon And Sugar Disappearing Rolls

Ingredients:

1 package frozen Rhodes Rolls, thawed
6 TB sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 bag large marshmallows
1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions:

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside. Press each thawed roll into a flat circle. Dip each marshmallow in butter. Then roll the marshmallow in cinnamon until covered and place on flattened roll. (As an alternative, you can insert a plain marshmallow in each roll and the dip the finished roll in butter, then cinnamon. Pinch roll dough very firmly around the marshmallow. Roll each into a seamless, or nearly seamless, ball with your hands. Pinch roll dough very firmly around the marshmallow. Roll each into a seamless, or nearly seamless, ball with your hands. Cover rolls with plastic wrap and allow to rise for one hour. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees until rolls are golden brown. Be careful not to overbake.
