Cherry And Nuts Christmas Bread

Ingredients:

2 thawed loaves of Rhodes White Bread
1 egg
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup of pecan halves
2/3 cup each of green and red candied cherries
a Bundt pan and cooking spray


Instructions:

Spray pan with cooking spray. Chop thawed bread with 1/2 of the nuts and cherries. Add rest of cherries and nuts and one egg. Chop until all dough is in small pieces. Place into Bundt Pan, allow to rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 15-20.
spray your Bundt pan with cooking spray. Add the two loaves of bread to a cutting board, begin to chop them up. Then add handfuls of the cherries and nuts, and continue chopping the bread.  Once you have the cherries and nuts chopped a little, add the rest of the nuts and cherries and one egg to the mix.  Chop only until you have no large pieces of dough left.  Place into your Bundt pan.
Allow to rise for one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until the top thumps and sounds hollow. Remove from pan and allow to cool on rack. Slice and serve.
