Cheesy Sausage Loaf

12 Rhodes Frozen Rolls, thawed just until soft but still cold
1 egg
16 oz tube sausage
2 cups shredded cheese
4 oz. sharp cheddar, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks


Place rolls on a cutting board. Chop into small pieces. Break egg over the pieces. Sprinkle with suasage (reserve a little for the top). Chop and move the dough to coat the pieces with egg and suasage.
 Sprinkle shredded cheese reserve a little for the top) onto dough and chop and coat pieces again.

Place into a well sprayed loaf pan. Top with reserved sausage and cheese. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan. Remove plastic and bake at 375°F 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the top sounds hollow when tapped. Cover with foil after 15 minutes if needed to prevent over browning. Let cool for a few minute before turning out and slicing. Enjoy!
