Cheesy Ranch Chicken Rolls

10 Rhodes Dinner Rolls

1 cup shredded Chicken

4 oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 tsp Ranch Dressing Seasoning

Pinch of Salt


1. Thaw your bread rolls at least 2 hours before rolling them out. Once the rolls are completely thawed, roll them out into 2-3 inch circles.

2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing seasoning and salt. Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the middle of each of the rolled out dough circles.

3. Fold two sides in a moisten slightly with wet fingers to make the dough stick. Then fold the remaining to sides in and again moisten slightly to close the dough into a ball. Round it out and set it on a baking sheet.

4. Once all the rolls are closed up, prep an egg wash with one whisked egg and a teaspoon or water. Brush it over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with Kosher Salt. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!
