2 loaves Rhodes Frozen White Bread
2 eggs
1 heaping tablespoon Ranch dressing mix
(optional- 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cooking spray

Take your Rhodes frozen white bread dough, remove two loaves from the package and allow thaw at room temperature. Spray loaf pans with non-stick spray.
Add one package or large tablespoon of Ranch dressing mix to a cutting board.
Plus a tablespoon of parsley flakes (this is optional) and just more for color then flavor.
Begin chopping bread into the seasoning. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the bread. Add the two large eggs. The eggs help hold all the added bits together. Continue chopping the bread until you have small pieces of dough no bigger than one inch. At that point, the egg, seasoning and cheese should be well integrated into the bread.
Shape the loaves (both of them) together into the large loaf pan. Allow to rise about 2 hours, depending on room temps. You should stop rising when the bread reaches the top of the loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 22-28 minutes until the top of the bread is golden brown. .Allow bread to cool, then slice and serve!
