Blueberry Cheesecake Pull Aparts

10 Rhodes Dinner Rolls
2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons white sugar, divided
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup wild blueberries (or regular)
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk


Thaw rolls, covered, for 30 minutes. Cut rolls in half.
Place rolls cut-side down in a lightly sprayed 9-inch cake pan.
Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Brush rolls with melted butter
Sprinkle blueberries over rolls.
With a hand-held mixer, mix cream cheese, egg, 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1 tablespoons lemon juice.
spread over rolls. combine lemon zest, brown sugar and remaining white sugar. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 7-9 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over rolls and enjoy!
