Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders

Are you ever looking for a quick and easy lunch or the perfect game day food? Wrangler Roast Beef sliders are just right for either! This recipe will make plenty to feed a crowd or just one for yourself! They are so versatile.

Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders

It's hard to decide which part is the best...the fresh baked rolls with garlic butter topping, or the gooey cheesy insides! Thank goodness we don't have to choose!

Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders

Let me show you how to make them. Decide how many sliders you want to make and use that amount of Rhodes rolls. There are five in my family and I make 12 sliders for us.

  • Let rolls rise according to package directions.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Let cool just until you can handle the rolls.
  • Cut tops off of the rolls. Don’t worry about breaking the rolls apart. It’s easier to cut them in half if you leave them all stuck together in one piece.
  • Leave the bottoms of rolls on the baking sheet or in the baking pan.

Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders are a breeze to assemble!

  • Spread a prepared barbecue sauce over bottoms of rolls.
  • Add a thick layer of deli sliced roast beef to bottoms of rolls. I like more roast beef than wha't pictured.
  • Layer a half slice of pineapple over roast beef. You could use pineapple tidbits if you wanted.
  • Set one slice of cheese over the toppings on each roll. Like I said, this recipe is versatile; you can use cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey Jack cheese. This is your chance to get creative!
  • Flip the tops of the rolls over onto the sliders.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, sesame seeds, and Worcestershire sauce together.  Generously brush tops of rolls with butter mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown!

Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce for the kids to dip their sliders in!

My family eats sliders all the time and I love using Rhodes rolls to make them.  Since the grocery store is about an hour from my house, I can’t just go to the store and buy rolls whenever I decide I want to make sliders. Even if I did live near the store I would still use Rhodes rolls instead of buying them because Rhodes rolls taste so much fresher and are never dried out!

Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders

Wrangler Roast Beef Sliders are an excellent choice for those super busy days when you just don’t have lots of extra time to spend in the kitchen! I always make extras and then my boys take them to school in their lunches. They are such a fun change up from boring old sandwiches!
